ROLE AND RESPONSIBALITY

• Bearing the responsibilities assigned to the job in alignment with the government framework, approved policies, procedures, department-wide guidelines.
• Contributing to the preparation of reports required by the ministry and external reports when needed.
• Contributing to the implementation of change management initiatives within the department and supporting the achievement of their outcomes.
• Continuous pursuit of developing technical and professional skills in accordance with job requirements.
• Performing any other duties within the scope of the job assigned by the department.
• Implement engagement initiatives and plans approved by the department.
• Organize workshops, discussion groups, and interactive sessions with beneficiaries to measure their satisfaction and collect their feedback.
