This role welcomes UK-qualified financial advisors (DipPFS, CISI Level 4, CFP) from the UK, Europe, and global financial hubs. Remote work options available for qualified candidates.

We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) or Associate-level professional to join a boutique, high-margin wealth advisory practice in the UAE focused on premium client acquisition and structured wealth solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • You just be already based in Dubai with a good local network you can plug in to.
  • Experience Level: Mid-career professional (not overly seasoned or “mature”) — ideally with 3–7 years in financial services, preferably in advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles.
  • Mindset: Eager to learn, open to mentorship, and ready to grow into a senior advisory role.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills — capable of sitting across from clients, building trust, and closing complex deals.
  • Professionalism: Polished, articulate, and client-ready — able to represent the firm at the highest level.
  • Network: Bonus if you bring your own professional network to help expand the client base.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Shadow and eventually co-lead client acquisition and relationship management under direct mentorship.
  • Take ownership of assigned client portfolios as you progress.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities.
