Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout their service journey. You will translate technical concerns into clear repair instructions, coordinate with workshop teams, and ensure repairs meet quality and timeframe expectations.

Success requires strong automotive aftersales experience, ability to manage repair orders efficiently, and excellent customer communication.

Formación

• 5+ years in service advisor/aftersales role within automotive dealership or authorised service centre
• Hands-on experience using a dealer management system in an automotive aftersales environment
• Experience preparing and managing repair orders, service estimates, and customer vehicle handovers
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to move/test vehicles when required

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
• Document customer concerns and prepare detailed repair orders for workshop execution.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs, costs, and expected completion times.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to monitor vehicle progress and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding repair status, additional work requirements, and delivery commitments.
• Verify completed work against repair orders and invoices before handover.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain completed repairs and charges.
• Promote relevant service offerings and maintenance solutions.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently to achieve high satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with dealership processes and standards.
