Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers through their service journey. You will assess vehicle concerns, translate technical issues into repair actions, and coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely completion.

The role requires strong aftersales experience in an automotive dealership or authorised service centre, plus hands-on use of a dealer management system and a UAE driving licence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in service advisor/aftersales role.
• Experience with dealer management systems.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Diploma or Bachelor in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess service needs.
• Prepare repair orders and estimates.
• Explain repairs and costs to customers.
• Coordinate with workshop for timely completion.
• Update customers on status and delivery.
• Verify work against orders and invoices.
