• Knowledge of body parts and mechanical components related to Body & Paint repair.
• Proven track record in customer service and sales in automotive service environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer retention by implementing AF Standard and principle process.
• Execute service values and AF values to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain quality standards to enhance customer experience.
• Follow all duties in the business SOP.
• Increase profitability through upselling incremental packages for products and services.
• Implement 5S at work for operational efficiency and quality service.
• Comply with health and safety requirements to prevent harm to the environment.
• Engage in learning and development by upgrading knowledge of new technology, work procedures, time standards, and relevant technical skills.
