Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE seeks an experienced Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers through their service journey. You will assess needs, translate technical concerns into repair plans, coordinate with workshop teams, and ensure repairs meet quality and timeframes.

Requirements include 5+ years in a similar role within automotive dealerships, experience using a dealer management system, and a UAE driving licence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Service Advisor or aftersales role within automotive dealership or authorised service centre.
• Hands-on experience using a dealer management system in an automotive aftersales environment.
• Experience preparing and managing repair orders, service estimates, and customer vehicle handovers.
• Valid UAE driving licence with the ability to move and test customer vehicles when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and accurately understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
• Document customer concerns and prepare detailed repair orders for workshop execution.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs, costs, and expected completion times.
• Coordinate closely with workshop teams to monitor vehicle progress and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding repair status, additional work requirements, and delivery commitments.
• Verify completed work against repair orders and invoices before vehicle handover.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining completed repairs and associated charges.
• Promote relevant service offerings and maintenance solutions in line with customer requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently to achieve high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with dealership aftersales processes and standards.
