Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Service Advisor for future opportunities across the UAE. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, managing the journey from reception through handover and maintaining clear communication on progress and costs.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in automotive service, a degree in engineering, strong customer skills, and the ability to upsell. Fluency in English with basic Arabic is preferred; SAP and MS Office knowledge are advantages.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar service role.
• Conversational English with basic Arabic-speaking ability.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and retention.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into clear service and repair requirements.
• Guide customers throughout the complete vehicle service journey.
• Coordinate with workshop teams and keep customers informed of vehicle repair progress.
• Support timely vehicle completion and delivery according to customer commitments.
• Explain completed work, repairs, and associated costs clearly to customers during vehicle handover.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to revenue targets.
• Manage customer concerns and complaints professionally to satisfactory resolution.
