Job summary

Al‑Futtaim Automotive is looking for a skilled Service Advisor to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the customer journey through the service experience from vehicle reception to delivery.

This role demands a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering and 2-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems and bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor within a reputable franchised automotive dealership.
• Hands-on experience managing customer-pay and warranty service transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end service experience from vehicle reception to final delivery.
• Coordinate closely with Workshop Supervisors and Technicians.
• Achieve monthly targets for labor sales and parts revenue.
• Build strong customer relationships to support repeat business.

Technical understanding of vehicle systems
