Description

• Overseeing financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analysis for major real estate developments
• Leading fundraising efforts and structuring capital solutions with banks and investors
• Driving strategic planning and market analysis to support investment decisions
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
• Preparing and presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders
• Supporting M&A, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions

Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance
• CA required; MBA and/or CFA preferred
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis
