A leading construction firm in the UAE seeks a full-time construction manager who will oversee the implementation of construction documents and manage teams of inspectors on site. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Interior Design, along with site experience in high-rise residential and commercial buildings. Strong skills in AutoCAD and the ability to monitor compliance with safety regulations are essential. Competitive benefits are offered.
Reports to the Project Lead/ Senior Discipline Engineer on site. Oversees reviews & manages and monitors implementation of the construction documents on site. Responsible to manage teams of discipline Inspectors on site. Supports the Project Lead/ Senior Discipline Engineer/ Manager technically and liaises with the design office contractor and client counterparts to ensure that the construction is carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.
The role requires review and approval of contractors documentation for all project phases associated with architecture interior design interiors FF&E and signage.
The role also entails soliciting and understanding the Client brief and delivering solutions for the complex projects.
Education Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering / Interior Design Architec or equivalent. Membership of a recognized institution ( i.e. PE/Peng CEng Etc.) would be preferred. LEED GA or AP certifications would be a plus
