Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a sales professional to grow Security Systems accounts across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. You will own opportunities, craft value‑driven proposals, and coordinate with pre‑sales, contractors, consultants and end users to win high‑impact projects.

The role requires 2–3 years in UAE Security Systems sales, a relevant degree, and fluent English. Driving license is preferred to engage with customers on site and in tendering activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation, or Business Management with a background in security system sales.
• 2–3 years of experience in Security Systems sales in the UAE.
• Experience in designing technical solutions and advising customers on options.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain within the Security Systems portfolio.
• Drive sales of upgrades, retrofits, service contracts, and AMCs.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Qualify opportunities, build strong value propositions, and support high-quality proposals.
• Participate in tendering and bidding activities with the pre‑sales team.
• Present technical security solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Work across targeted verticals to expand market share and engagement.
• Map and manage stakeholders at Contractor, Consultant, and End User levels to improve win rates.
• Own opportunities end to end with accountability, safety, and integrity.
• Stay close to customer priorities, competitor activity, and project requirements.
• Build compelling, customer-focused proposals linking tech and business value.
• Learn from feedback, market changes, and outcomes to improve.
• Win as one team by collaborating with pre-sales and coordinating with contractors and end users.
• Manage multiple priorities with disciplined planning and follow-up.
