Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer based in Abu Dhabi to drive Fire Protection and Fire Alarm system sales across the MEA region.

You will be part of the Sales-Contracting Team (Oil and Gas) and focus on expanding our footprint with strategic customers and tenders. You will build long‑term relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver competitive proposals while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical.
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven track record delivering sales targets for UAE region focusing on Oil & Gas.
• Ability to design technical solutions and advise customers.
• Fluent English and UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities with competitive, high quality proposals.
• Participate in tendering and bidding processes.
• Differentiate Johnson Controls with deep market knowledge of competitors and offerings.
• Design technical solutions and advise customers on best-fit Fire Protection systems.
