Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Sales Engineer based in Abu Dhabi to drive Fire Protection and Fire Alarm systems sales across the MEA region. You will work within the Sales-Contracting Team (Oil and Gas) to expand the customer base and achieve growth objectives.

You will chase, qualify and close opportunities, prepare competitive proposals, and participate in tendering. A Bachelor in Engineering and 4+ years of UAE experience are required, with fluent English and a UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical.
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven track record delivering sales targets for UAE region in Fire & Gas / Fire protection.
• Ability to design technical solutions and advise customers.

Responsibilities

• Chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities with high-quality proposals.
• Participate in tendering and bidding processes for MEA opportunities.
• Differentiate offerings with deep knowledge of Fire Protection and Detection systems.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and drive territory growth.
