Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Instrumentation.
• 3–5 years’ experience in ELV/Security Systems Sales in the UAE.
• Proven ability to explain technical solutions and demonstrate commercial understanding.
• Fluent English communication and UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Create, qualify and close new sales opportunities by developing proposals supported by pre-sales.
• Differentiate Johnson Controls through market knowledge of competitors’ strategies and solutions.
• Develop long-term relationships with contractors, consultants and end users to grow accounts.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong planning and time management.
• Drive territory growth with 360-degree stakeholder mapping to improve win rates.
