You will sell technology-driven solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Command and Control Center, Analytics, ICT and other ELV/physical security offerings, collaborating with pre-sales and service teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of ELV/security systems sales experience in the UAE.
• Ability to explain technical solutions with commercial understanding.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong determination, results-driven attitude, and sales drive.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to deliver techno-commercial submissions.
• Fluency in English required; UAE driving license is a must.

• Create, qualify and close new sales opportunities by developing competitive value propositions and high-quality proposals, participating in tendering and bidding with support from pre-sales.
• Demonstrate expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls and leveraging market understanding of competitors' strategies, products, solutions and services.
• Develop long-term customer relationships at multiple levels and drive territory growth.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong planning and time management.
• Drive business through 360-degree stakeholder mapping from contractor, consultant and end-user levels to improve win rates.
