Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Sales Executive for Security Systems to drive UAE sales across ELV/Security Systems with key strategic accounts.

You will focus on Greenfield/new construction projects and expand market share among focused verticals, delivering technology‑driven CCTV, Access Control, Command & Control, Analytics, ICT solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Instrumentation.
• 8-10 years’ experience in the ELV / Security Systems Sales in the UAE market.
• Experience in explaining technical solutions, selecting equipment, commercial understanding and advising customers on complex solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• UAE driving license is must.
• Fluent language skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Create, qualify and close new sales opportunities by developing competitive value propositions, high-quality proposals taking part in tendering and bidding process which will be managed/supported by pre‑sales team.
• Demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your market understanding of our competitors’ strategies, products, solutions and services.
• Focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships on decision‑making levels, and self‑motivated to drive your territory/accounts’ growth.
• Determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning and time management skills.
• Drive your business ensuring 360 degrees stakeholder mapping from Contractor, Consultant and End User levels that will result in ensuring higher winning rates and driving your plan.
