• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years ELV/Security Systems sales experience in UAE.
• Experience explaining technical solutions and advising on complex systems.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong drive, results orientation and techno-commercial presentation skills.
• Fluent English; UAE driving license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Create, qualify and close new sales opportunities with compelling value propositions and proposals.
• Participate in tendering and bidding supported by pre-sales team.
• Differentiate Johnson Controls through market knowledge of competitors’ offerings.
