What you’ll do

• Your role is the one of the key pillars not only within security and risk management but also across the property as you are entrusted to protect and safeguard all hotel and residences guests employees their belongings and all hotel assets while ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• As part of your role you will also supervise the daily activities of all security personnel ensuring that all security staff provides services that go above and beyond guest and resident expectations while ensuring the safety and security of guests employees and contractors at all times.
• Security Supervisor is an operational role and you be responsible for the accident and fire alarm response and actions ensuring compliance with the local laws and company standards.

What you’ll bring

• You have an established background working in the luxury hotels or similar establishments.
• Previous hotel operations experience will be an advantage.
• You are efficient organized and very good at working with MS Office applications.
• You are proactive quick thinker and able to demonstrate effective solution finding.
• You are adaptable to the ideas of different cultures settings and situations.
• You have a positive demeanor and excellent communication skills and great level of empathy.
• With excellent ability to multi-task and superb time‑management skills you will be great in planning and ensuring that all SOPs and Departmental instructions are complied with.
• You have great communication skills with a strong customer service and business ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Proficiency in Arabic will be definite advantage.
• You will have relevant qualification/s police clearance SIRA license First Aid trained and qualified and have working knowledge of fire health and safety along with CCTV and defibrillator training and certification and bring wealth of previous experience working in same capacity for luxury hotels.
• Your previous experience in the United Arab Emirates will be a mandatory requirement.
