Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security operations of the establishment to ensure the safety and well-being of guests, employees, and property. They play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for all stakeholders. Coordinates the safety and security programs to promote and ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of security personnel, including security officers and guards.
• Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure proper coverage to maintain security presence 24/7.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms (Fire Panel, Emergency alarm, Panic alarm etc.) and other security systems to detect and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Conduct regular patrols of the beach premises, including public areas, guest floors, parking lots, and back-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and incidents, taking appropriate actions to maintain order and safety.
• Provide a visible presence to deter potential security threats and ensure the safety of guests and employees.
• Investigate and document security-related incidents, accidents, and guest complaints.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional guest service within the security team.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Work with law enforcement and emergency services when required, sharing information, and facilitating their actions.
• Enforce access control measures, verifying the identity of individuals entering restricted areas.
• Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities within the beach premises and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Implement preventive measures to minimize security incidents, theft, and property damage.
• Must be able to communicate well and be suspicious with all activities always happening inside the property. Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting, or loitering around building.
• Experienced in CPR, first aid, firefighting, and crowd control and Traffic control.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management.
• Support and assist Senior Management and perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management.
