SECONDARY MATHS TEACHERS NEEDED IN THE UAE - AUGUST 2026

You must be able to attend a job fair in person if you are in the UAE or Ireland (or can travel to these countries).

Interview Details

In person interviews in Dublin: 11-13 February (Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel).

In person interviews in Abu Dhabi: 27 January and across the Northern Emirates: 31 January.

Curriculum Overview

Combining the US core standards curriculum with delivery through the philosophy of IB without scope and sequence, the school blends the best of both worlds of a traditional American approach and a more student‑centred perspective. They offer IB world school status retaining the American element so students can graduate with a US diploma and, if they meet the criteria, an IB diploma too. Advanced Placement courses are also available. Not all schools offer IB.

Requirements and Qualifications

This KG to Grade 12 private English medium international school group is looking for early years, primary and secondary teachers to join them for the next academic year. You must be able and willing to work in a cultural 100% ESL learning environment.

• Degree in your teaching subject or age range.
• Valid teaching license.
• Clean police clearance / criminal record check.
• At least two years post‑qualifying experience due to Ministry regulations.
• IB and American Curriculum experience (common core preferred) is also valued.
• Strong academic background in content knowledge, collaborative and collegial, data‑driven instruction, assessment literate, differentiation and engagement skills, effective instructional strategies, and technological proficiency.
