Job summary

A leading regional recruitment firm based in Sharjah is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR and at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with hands-on recruitment for Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and building partnerships with local universities. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting Saudization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in in-house recruitment; agency experience is a plus.
  • Pronounced hands-on experience recruiting for Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
  • Prior exposure to Nitaqat, Saudization, and Saudi labor regulations is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for Saudi Arabia.
  • Support Saudi recruitment plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Saudization targets.
  • Source and engage Saudi national and expatriate candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates.
  • Coordinate competency-based interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build partnerships with Saudi universities for recruitment initiatives.
