We are hiring an SAP S4HANA Project Manager to lead a multi-country implementation of SAP S4HANA.The SAP Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of SAP projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and the SAP Director to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with the SAP Director and stakeholders.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met, adjusting plans as necessary.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (IT, finance, business units) to align project outcomes with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to the SAP Director and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop contingency plans and *escalate* issues to the SAP Director when necessary.
  • Ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place to minimize project impact.
Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, business analysts, and IT specialists, to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards and SAP best practices.
  • Oversee testing phases and ensure proper documentation and training materials are created.
  • Ensure project compliance with relevant regulatory, security, and governance standards.
Budget & Resource Management
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resources.
  • Forecast resource needs and coordinate with the SAP Director to allocate resources effectively.
  • Track financial performance against budget and implement cost-control measures as needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information system, computer engineering or any related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects, with proven experience in planning and executing complex SAP implementations or upgrades.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
