A leading technology firm based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead solution design and mentor Salesforce professionals. In this role, you will assess existing Salesforce implementations, create solution roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive effective Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Salesforce, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both business and technical teams. This position is tailored for seasoned professionals with 12–13 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead solution design, mentor Salesforce professionals, and ensure the integrity, scalability, and success of Salesforce implementations. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business challenges into effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams
• Assess existing Salesforce implementations and create solution roadmaps (org consolidation, license strategy, AI/Agentforce solutions, etc.)
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create proofs of concept and define requirements
• Review existing solutions and recommend continuous improvements
• Own and refine the Salesforce product backlog with Functional Consultants and stakeholders
• Lead release management activities, including deployment approvals
• Clearly document and present solution designs with strong justifications
• Drive collaborative project and workstream planning
