Job summary

Career Raiser in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Trainer to deliver instructor-led training for new and existing staff and to help develop training materials, leveraging strong knowledge of adult learning theory.

The role involves assessing learner progress, coordinating with supervisors, and mentoring fellow trainers. The position requires the ability to conduct sessions beyond regular hours and maintain training facilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates sales training classes; facilitates non-technical skills training such as customer service and/or sales for and retail employees.
• Assesses participants’ abilities to apply material and take remedial action when necessary.
• Provides feedback to supervisors regarding employees’ levels of subject/skill mastery
• Utilizes learning management system to schedule classes and maintain training records
• Proctors exams
• Serves as a mentor to other team members, providing instruction, support and direction
• Sets up and maintains training facilities and equipment
• Works on regularly scheduled days as well as unscheduled days and beyond regular work hours as required
• Performs other duties as assigned

JOB SUMMARY

• Sales Trainer delivers instructor-led training to new and existing employees; facilitates learning experiences in the field; contributes to the development of corporate training materials; and maintains subject-matter expertise in the areas of instruction to improve the individual sales and offering process.
• The Sales Trainer works with their superiors to determine skill levels of and development opportunities for employees.
• MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WITH THE ADULT LEARNING THEORY.
• SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
