• Proven track record in delivering sales and customer service training
• Strong understanding of practical sales techniques and customer engagement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to conduct interactive, engaging, and practical training sessions
• Experience using role-plays, activities, case studies, and real-life sales scenarios is preferred
• Ability to customize training content according to client requirements
