THE ROLE

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs covering real estate sales, product knowledge, consultative selling, negotiation, objection handling, closing techniques, customer engagement and market intelligence. You will work closely with Sales Leadership and the Talent Development team to identify performance gaps and translate them into practical, measurable training solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and deliver high-impact sales training programs for new hires and experienced sales professionals.
• Conduct engaging classroom, workshop, role-play and on-the-job training sessions.
• Train teams on real estate products, projects, USPs, payment plans, market positioning and competitive landscape.
• Strengthen skills in prospecting, lead conversion, consultative selling, negotiation, objection handling and closing.
• Coach salespeople individually and provide actionable performance feedback.
• Develop training content, presentations, role plays, assessments and sales simulations.
• Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new sales consultants.
• Partner with Sales Managers to identify capability gaps and develop targeted interventions.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, KPIs, conversion metrics and post-training performance.
• Keep training content current with Dubai's evolving real estate market, customer trends and sales practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability and high performance.

MULTILINGUAL EDGE

The ideal candidate will be comfortable training and engaging multicultural sales teams and communicating effectively across different nationalities and customer segments.

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, L&D professional or high-performing Real Estate Sales professional.
• Strong understanding of Dubai/UAE real estate sales and customer buying behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach and motivate sales teams.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong commercial and sales acumen with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, easy-to-apply sales techniques.
• Confident working with senior sales leadership as well as frontline sales consultants.
• Energetic, persuasive and highly engaging personality.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect training initiatives to business results.
• Multilingual capability is strongly preferred.
