Job summary

Tiger Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a confident and experienced Sales Trainer to develop sales teams, deliver engaging training programs, and provide ongoing coaching and support. The role is based in Dubai and requires regular travel to Iraq to support local teams.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic with strong English communication skills, and possess proven experience in sales training, coaching, and delivering impactful trainings across multicultural teams.

• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales teams.
• Coordinate with sales management to identify training needs.
• Travel to Iraq regularly to deliver training and support local teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

*** Must be an Arabic Speaker Our client is looking for a confident and experienced Sales Trainer who can develop sales teams, deliver engaging training programs, and provide ongoing coaching and support. The successful candidate will be based in Dubai and must be comfortable travelling to Iraq as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver sales training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Train sales teams on sales techniques, negotiation, customer engagement, and closing skills.
• Evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop training materials, presentations, role plays, and practical exercises.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales teams.
• Work closely with sales management to identify training requirements.
• Travel to Iraq regularly to deliver training and support local teams.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or Senior Sales Professional.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and coaching techniques.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel to Iraq regularly.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Confident working with multicultural teams.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in the Middle East market is an advantage.
