Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Geology, etc)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling & completion fluids and technical sales
• Experience coordinating teams, stakeholders, and priorities to achieve business and operational objectives
• Ability to be on call outside of normal business hours
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization
• Thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
• Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
• Handling important clients for a product line
• Handling big or challenging markets or multi country

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Geology, etc)
