Job summary

Baker Hughes Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Manufacturing Professional to develop and optimize production processes and equipment for completions systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean improvements and ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient manufacturing operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 4+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and offline CNC programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and process parameters for completion equipment and components.
• Improve CNC machining operations through cycle-time reduction, tooling optimization, cutting-parameter development, setup reduction, and machining capability improvement.
• Lead Lean transformation initiatives using value-stream mapping, standard work, 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination, line balancing, visual management, cellular manufacturing, SMED, pull systems, Kanban, and structured problem-solving tools.

• As a Manufacturing Professional - Prod Process and Equip, you will be responsible for: Developing, validating, and optimizing manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and process parameters for completion equipment and components
• Improving CNC machining operations through cycle-time reduction, tooling optimization, cutting-parameter development, setup reduction, and machining capability improvement.
• Leading Lean transformation initiatives using value-stream mapping, standard work, 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination, line balancing, visual management, cellular manufacturing, SMED, pull systems, Kanban, and structured problem-solving tools.
• Identifying and prioritize improvement opportunities through Gemba walks, process observation, loss analysis, capacity studies, and data-based assessment of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
