Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Senior Manager for Drilling & Completion Fluids in Dubai, UAE. This role leads the selling of products, services, and solutions, navigating complex sales with multiple stakeholders and major clients across diverse markets.

The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive technical sales, and contribute to business growth in a global matrix organization, with strong focus on P/L responsibilities and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Geology, etc) required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling & completion fluids and technical sales.
• Experience coordinating teams, stakeholders, and priorities to achieve business and operational objectives.
• Ability to be on call outside normal business hours.
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization.
• Thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Geology, etc)
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling & completion fluids and technical sales
• Have demonstrated experience coordinating teams, stakeholders, and priorities to achieve business and operational objectives
• Have the ability to be on call outside of normal business hours
• Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization
• Have thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
