Role Description

We are expanding our operations between China and the Gulf region and looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, managing leads, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from the first inquiry to shipment delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the cargo, logistics, and trading sectors.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationshipswith existing clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and quotations, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and servicesto close profitable deals.
  • Follow upon shipments, feedback, and renewals to secure repeat business.
  • Update and maintainCRM recordsfor all client interactions and opportunities.
  • Coordinate internally withoperations and finance teamsto ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Report directly to the Sales Managerwith weekly progress and performance updates.
  • Contribute to team targets, support marketing initiatives, and identify market trends.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluent inArabic and English(spoken and written).
