KONE Middle East & Africa (KMEA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through a direct presence in 12 countries and more than 60 regional distributor markets. Modernization Sales are considered a strategic priority for our Business to complement our growth plans.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer for our Modernization business to be based in our Dubai UAE this role you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively generate opportunities from outside the current customer base identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.

What will you do
  • Proactively hunt for new opportunities develop and create customer relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE team
  • Document and maintain the customer and contact information
  • Accountable for leads opportunities orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer base
  • Accountable for finding customer needs and KONEs solution matching those needs
  • Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools
  • Maintain full information of opportunities tasks and visits while keeping CRM up to date
Are you the one
  • Bachelors Degree in any related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Modernization Sales experience
  • Highly motivated goaloriented diligent organized selfstarter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
  • Passion for sales with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
  • Excellent English communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • UAE experience is a must
