Sales Engineer – Industrial Solutions

Job summary

Client of Careers International seeks an experienced sales engineer in Dubai to drive industrial HVAC solutions across the UAE. You will identify opportunities, close deals with factories and industrial clients, and cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts.

You will recommend boilers, chillers, heat pumps and solar heating systems, coordinate with engineering teams for accurate selections, and ensure proper project documentation from start to finish. UAE driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–6 years UAE/GCC experience in industrial or HVAC sales.
• Strong knowledge of boilers, chillers, heat pumps, and solar water heating systems.
• Direct B2B sales to industrial and commercial end-users experience.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
