Job summary

Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC is seeking a committed Sales Engineer with 3–4 years of HVAC MEP project sales experience to drive business in the Dubai market. You will engage with contractors, consultants, project clients and end users to promote HVAC systems and related products.

The role involves generating leads, preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver accurate solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in HVAC/MEP project sales.
• Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, and project clients is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell HVAC and air conditioning systems including Split, Ducted, VRF/VRV and related products.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate and follow up on project leads, inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals, and tenders.
• Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers and end users.
• Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to provide accurate solutions and quotations.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and outstanding payments.

Job description

We are looking for a strong Sales Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in HVAC MEP project sales, preferably with knowledge of the Dubai market. The ideal candidate should have experience dealing with contractors, consultants, project clients and end users and be willing to work according to company policies and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell HVAC and air conditioning systems including Split AC, Ducted AC, VRF VRV and related products
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Generate and follow up on project leads, inquiries and sales opportunities
• Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals, and tenders
• Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers and end users
• Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions
• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to provide accurate solutions and quotations
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and outstanding payments
• Maintain updated records of sales activities, projects, leads and customer interactions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new project opportunities across Dubai

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in HVAC/MEP project sales
• Strong experience and knowledge of the Dubai market
• Bachelor of Technology/Engineering or 3-Year Engineering Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or a related field
• Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, and project clients will be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills
