Job summary

MAHAM INTERNATIONAL TRADING FZC in the UAE is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer with strong UAE market knowledge to develop opportunities across Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, EPC and Construction sectors. You will identify leads, qualify inquiries, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

You will manage key accounts, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, coordinate with internal teams, and travel across the UAE to meet clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years UAE experience in B2B industrial sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities across the UAE industrial and engineering markets.
• Identify new customers, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage key accounts and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Promote and sell the company s portfolio to clients in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Fabrication, EPC, Construction, and Industrial sectors.
• Conduct customer visits, understand technical requirements, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, follow up on enquiries, and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers to maximize business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, stock availability, and timely delivery.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in B2B industrial sales
• Proven sales experience in Industrial, MRO, O&M, Engineering, Raw Materials, or Building Materials
• Strong existing network within Oil & Gas, Fabrication, Manufacturing, EPC, Engineering, Construction, and Industrial sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong ability to generate leads, develop new accounts, and achieve sales targets
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for customer meetings and business development
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
