HRInvest is recruiting a Sales Engineer for our client in the UAE building services sector. You will drive growth by identifying and securing new industrial sales opportunities, promoting engineering products and solutions, and developing trusted relationships with key decision-makers.

The role requires a mechanical/electrical/mechatronics background, 4–6 years of direct industrial sales experience, and a UAE driving license; proactive, target-driven, and capable of managing complex technical

• 4–6 years of direct sales experience selling engineering to industrial clients.
• Experience with heating, cooling, hot water, and energy‑efficient solutions.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

About You

• Strong understanding of industrial applications and customer requirements.
• Proactive, target-driven, and skilled in generating leads, market networking, and consultative selling.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong technical presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to independently develop new business.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
