Job summary

HRInvest in Dubai seeks a qualified Sales Engineer to drive growth by identifying and securing new industrial sales opportunities. You will promote and sell engineering products, understand technical needs, and build relationships with key decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of direct industrial sales experience, a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, and a proactive, target-driven approach to generate leads and close deals.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 4-6 years of direct sales experience selling engineering products to industrial customers.
• Exposure to heating, cooling, hot water, and energy-efficient engineering solutions/products
• Strong understanding of industrial applications and customer requirements.
• Proactive, target-driven, and skilled in generating leads, market networking, and consultative selling.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong technical presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to independently develop new business.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
