Job summary

A leading industrial solutions provider in Dubai seeks a Sales Engineer to support and expand predictive maintenance solutions across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial environments and maintain strong relationships with technical decision-makers. Responsibilities include providing technical consultation, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Compensation includes a base salary of AED 3,500-4,500, plus performance-based commissions up to AED 15,000 per month.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Direct connections with maintenance, reliability, or automation teams are preferred.
  • Experience in predictive maintenance or reliability engineering is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consultation and pre-sales support
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams
  • Support product demonstrations, trials, and deployments
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Skills

Proven experience in industrial, automation, or technical sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Familiarity with IIoT, sensors, or condition monitoring systems
Knowledge of the Middle East industrial market
Experience in predictive maintenance or reliability engineering
