Job summary

AW Rostamani Holdings LLC in Dubai is seeking a Sales Consultant for New Cars to actively sell vehicles, accessories and related warranties, finance and insurance products, and to meet targets.

You will follow the full sales process, coordinate with departments, deliver smooth vehicle handovers and build lasting customer relationships through a personalized sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in automobile or related industry.
• Computer proficiency and good communication skills; English language required.

Job description

The Sales Consultant New Cars is responsible for actively selling products of the department meeting targets for the sale of vehicles, accessories and associated warranty, finance and insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Sales Consultant meets the SSI commitment set by the management
• Follow all steps of sales process i.e., prospecting, meeting & greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery and post-sales follow up
• Ensure documentation is as per company policy
• Liaise closely with other departments to complete the sales process
• Report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor Manager
• Achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis while maximizing profit gained from each transaction
• Close maximum opportunities while maintaining and increasing existing customer base
• Assist customers with finance and insurance products as per customer requirements
• Follow up with customers on a timely basis
• Participate in sales meetings
• Meet customer expectations
• Schedule follow up, delivery and new customer acquisition utilizing strong time management
• Assist customers in making the correct choice of vehicle and build loyalty by providing a personalized and tailored sales experience to each customer
• Achieve SSI Sales Satisfaction Index targets by providing excellent customer service
• Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer details
• Build, grow and maintain good relationship with customers
• Ensure smooth, clean and defect free delivery of sold vehicles as promised to customers
• Other related tasks as required

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors / Diploma or equivalent in a related field
• Work Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience in automobile or related industry (preferred sales experience in EVs)
• Competencies: Computer proficient and should have good communication skills
• Languages: English
