Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through showroom visits referrals and networking
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions
• Ensure all incoming leads whether from online platforms walk-ins phone inquiries or referrals are attended to promptly without failure
• Conduct product demonstrations and highlight key features to influence purchasing decisions
• Negotiate terms close sales and process transactions efficiently
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set
• Monitor personal performance metrics and report progress regularly to the supervisor
• Stay up to date with product features specifications pricing and competitive offerings
• Educate customers on financing options warranties and after-sales services
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Provide post-sale support including follow-ups and assistance with documentation
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify market trends and areas for improvement
• Monitor competitor activities and report relevant insights to the management team
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly leads and sales reports as required
