Responsibilities

• Ensure all incoming leads—from online platforms, walk-ins, phone inquiries, or referrals—are attended to promptly
• Conduct product demonstrations and highlight key features to influence purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and process transactions efficiently.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set.
• Monitor personal performance metrics and report progress regularly to the supervisor.
• Stay up to date with product features, specifications, pricing, and competitive offerings.
• Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide post-sale support, including follow-ups and assistance with documentation.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify market trends and areas for improvement.
• Monitor competitor activities and report relevant insights to the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly leads and sales reports as required.
