To provide outstanding customer service, support the daily operations of the store, and drive sales while reflecting the energy and style of the Cotton On - Adult

• Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver a positive shopping experience
• Recommend products, up sell, and inform customers of current promotions
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support with receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and organising the sales floor
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory control
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet store goals and KPIs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma.
• 1+ year experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and computer skills
