Job summary

as mama said is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify and engage business owners, brand managers, and retail founders for ongoing branding, video production, social media, and paid ads services.

In Dubai, you will build targeted lists, conduct discovery calls, and drive aggressive follow-ups to close retainer and project contracts, while maintaining a robust CRM.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience in digital marketing, media, or software services.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Understanding of retainer-based agency models and ROAS.
• Self-starter who meets quota without inbound leads.

• Conduct discovery calls with business owners to understand their revenue goals and pitch agency solutions.
• Follow up aggressively, negotiate proposals, and close retainer and project contracts.

Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven B2B sales experience (experience selling digital marketing, media, or software services is a major advantage).
