Job summary

Marshmallow MSA Production LLC in Dubai is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive fluent in Arabic and English to drive new business opportunities and manage a growing pipeline.

You will engage clients across calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings, tailoring production, events, and marketing solutions to client needs while building lasting relationships. A UAE sales background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven sales or business-development capabilities including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing.
• Experience in marketing, events, creative production, advertising, or related industry is a plus.
• Previous UAE sales experience is strongly preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Build, manage, and maintain your own sales pipeline.
• Engage prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, meetings, and presentations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable production, events, and marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Build long-term client relationships and develop existing accounts for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal production, creative, and management teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively.
• Support targeted marketing campaigns and business-development initiatives.
• Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and performance using CRM tools and structured reporting.
• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.
• Contribute to sales materials, product/service knowledge, and sales enablement initiatives
