Friday management consultancy in Dubai is seeking a sales professional who can effectively communicate in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, utilize CRM systems, and support the sales plan by achieving set targets.

Responsibilities include generating reports, maintaining client relationships, and performing necessary sales activities. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, demonstrating a proactive attitude in a dynamic start-up environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

• 1 year of experience in calls and sales.
• Upper-Intermediate B2 level English or above.

Responsibilities

• Call and invite people to meetings
• Fill in data in the CRM system
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Reconnect with customers and provide customer support by answering current questions
• Achieve the sales plan
• Perform cold sales as needed
• Create, develop, review, submit and track proposal response documentation
• Maintain a database; record all phone calls and answers in the CRM system
