Responsibilities

Marshmallow MSA Production LLC is looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.

We’re a Dubai-based creative production and events company delivering tailored solutions that help brands increase visibility, engage audiences, and create memorable experiences.

Salary: AED 7,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Languages: Fluent Arabic & English required

What You’ll Do

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Build, manage, and maintain your own sales pipeline
• Engage prospects through calls, Whats App, email, meetings, and presentations
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable production, events, and marketing solutions
• Prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
• Build long-term client relationships and develop existing accounts for repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with internal production, creative, and management teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively
• Support targeted marketing campaigns and business-development initiatives
• Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and performance using CRM tools and structured reporting
• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets
• Contribute to sales materials, product/service knowledge, and sales enablement initiatives
