Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Client Coordination
    • Generate and follow up on leads for corporate and social events
    • Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
    • Prepare event proposals, quotations, and contracts
    • Coordinate with the operations team to finalize event details
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
    • Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth goals
  • Administrative & Office Support
    • Manage client databases, contracts, and event documentation
    • Handle emails, calls, and client correspondence professionally
    • Maintain event schedules, timelines, and internal calendars
    • Assist with invoicing, payments follow-ups, and basic reporting
    • Support procurement and vendor coordination documentation
    • Ensure proper filing of event records, approvals, and agreements
