Responsibilities

• Support Housekeeping and Laundry with guest requests.
• Ensure high operating standards as per hotel brand.
• Monitor performance of Housekeeping Team Members.
• Manage controls within the Housekeeping department.
• Responsible for checking guest information and preferences.
• Coordinate documents and people within the department.
• Manage monthly closing of Laundry expenses.
