Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 end‑user support for stores and corporate users.
• Support retail systems and POS environments (hardware & basic application support).
• Manage and troubleshoot store and office networks (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi).
• Handle firewalls, routers, switches and ISP coordination.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and peripherals.
• Assist with store openings, rollouts and upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure SLA adherence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-12 years of hands‑on experience in IT Infrastructure / End User Support.
• Strong exposure to Retail IT environments.
