This role is responsible for business development and growth of both earn and redeem non-air partners. Responsibilities include growing and enabling the partnerships portfolio through partnerships management, campaigns and innovative product management. Managing a broad range of different internal and external stakeholders towards shared objectives is crucial for achieving success in this role. Candidate needs to be commercially minded to critically identify and analyze business opportunities for revenue growth and program engagement. Managing direct reports is also an element of this role to drive sustainable and efficient business with partner portfolio.
