The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in loyalty program management or strategic partnerships, along with strong negotiation and communication skills. Job description
Synopsis

This role is responsible for business development and growth of both earn and redeem non-air partners. Responsibilities include growing and enabling the partnerships portfolio through partnerships management, campaigns and innovative product management. Managing a broad range of different internal and external stakeholders towards shared objectives is crucial for achieving success in this role. Candidate needs to be commercially minded to critically identify and analyze business opportunities for revenue growth and program engagement. Managing direct reports is also an element of this role to drive sustainable and efficient business with partner portfolio.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial/retail and lifestyle Partnerships strategy.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders and partners to deliver your relevant partnership portfolio aligned with the positioning of Etihad’s global programme, privileges and recognition offered to members across different tiers, different markets, and revenue targets.
  • Deliver on commercial targets including, but not limited to Gross Billings from partners, redemption targets, other associated revenue, and engagement metrics.
  • Business Development: Identify and launch relevant, innovative and value driven financial or retail and lifestyle partners to the Etihad Guest programme to support key markets and program commercial metrics.
  • Educate and contribute to an overall partner marketing strategy driven in collaboration with EDML to ensure partner commitments are delivered upon.
  • Deliver exceptional member experience through operationalizing all partner processes (invoicing, campaign management) and work together with project and DTI teams to on-board Partners into the programme seeking efficiencies through automation. Define an enhancement roadmap working with relevant stakeholders on continuous improvement of the loyalty proposition and introduction of new facilities, platforms, and integration with new partners.
  • Manage complete portfolio of non-air redemption partners including the Reward Shop, Miles on the Go, Pointspay and Reward card.
  • Seek market leading innovative solutions for members to earn and redeem miles through RFPs and benchmarking.
  • Product Management: Manage suite of options for members to earn miles through product development and campaign management.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in loyalty program management, customer engagement, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the airline and digital marketing space.
  • Strong negotiation skills Data driven and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing external partners/ stakeholders .
  • Structured way of working with an ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
